Associate Build Service Analyst

At PlayStation Studios Malaysia, we are searching for a proactive and meticulous Associate Build Services Analyst to join our Engineering Services team. This is an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, contributing directly to the tools and processes that drive world-class gaming experiences.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and Troubleshoot: Keep a vigilant eye on delivery pipelines in game build processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional support via Jira Service Desk with ALM support, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Documentation: Update and maintain relevant service and process documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility.
• Automated Deliveries: Implement reliable, automated build deliveries to QA staff and partners, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
• Service Improvements: Use metrics to recommend and successfully implement service improvements, striving for flawless execution.
• Reporting and Metrics: Maintain and enhance reporting and metrics processes, providing valuable insights to the team.
• Tool Maintenance: Deploy and maintain approved delivery tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Asset Coordination: Coordinate asset capture for IP Preservation staging area, curating assets into the correct folder structures.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams to drive effective communication and operational support, including assistance for the Japanese QA and all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with file transfer software, proficiency in scripting languages (XML, JSON, YAML, PowerShell), and knowledge of databases and data analysis.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
• A diligent individual with a technical mindset who can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• CI/CD Pipeline Experience: While not mandatory, experience with CI/CD pipelines is beneficial and highly valued.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Japanese is required .
