Stage Manager

Job Description

We are hiring a Stage Manager to oversee the on-stage operations of our Virtual Production LED volume. You will work closely with production teams, VP supervisors, and Pipeline Leads to execute projects, ensuring deadlines, resource maintenance, and crew morale are managed effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Assign resources effectively and ensure team members' time is fully utilized.
• Maintain tracking grids for costs, crew times, and deliveries.
• Create and distribute reports on project goals and progress.
• Assist the Virtual Production Producer with logistics, budgeting, and production changes.
• Create and distribute schedules, call sheets, and other production documents.
• Attend meetings and take notes.
• Maintain equipment and supplies and liaise with the global team for hardware needs.
• Ensure onsite production needs are met, including production and office supplies to meet crew needs.
• Maintain professional relationships across departments for clear communication.
• Collaborate with Virtual Production Producers and marketing teams on campaigns.
• Liaise between vendors, crew, and internal teams under producer/supervisor guidance.
• Ensure deadlines are met according to client requirements.
• Support communication standards between departments and clients.

Requirements:
• 4 years project management experience
• Understanding of VFX, Realtime, Game Development or Animation pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of Shotgrid and Excel.
• Exceptional planning, negotiating, communicating and leadership skills.
• Knowledge in VFX production technical aspects.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Virtual Production, Realtime, Games or Animation projects
• Experience in on-set film production with a basic understanding of set-etiquette, traditional departments, and line production.
