Job Summary
The Pittsburgh Pirates are seeking Game Day Team Members to join our Guest Relations professionals that will champion our guest promise. Our guest promise is, ''We consistently deliver WOW! Moments to create lifetime memories and lasting relationships.'' PNC Park is the best ballpark in America and our team members are responsible for the care of our guests. In this role you will be energetic, passionate, and a friendly guest service professional.
Guest Relations Team Members will be responsible for numerous guest touchpoints including verifying tickets on our Club and Suite Levels and operating elevators. This position will be trained and required to have vast knowledge of PNC Park, operating rules and regulations that will create a fun and safe environment for our guests. PNC Park Guest Relations Team Members will provide benchmark customer service and be a resource of information for all guests.
Responsibilities
• Verify tickets for access to Club and Suite Levels.
• Work Guest Relations kiosks throughout PNC Park.
• Operate elevators throughout PNC Park.
• Assist guests with disabilities, including wheelchair escorts.
• Assist guests with their needs during their game day experience.
• Provide a friendly and safe environment for all guests.
• Exhibit professional and courteous behavior.
• Communicate effectively with guests, all levels of management and co-workers.
• Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations, creating ''WOW'' moments.
• Work as a team with fellow team members and other departments within PNC Park.
• Any other duties required by supervisor that is regularly performed by Guest Relations team members.
Qualifications
Required:
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
Desired:
• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
