We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a VIP Experience Coordinator with the Event Services & Ticket Sales & Service Department. This position will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests at games and special events and providing quality control in our premium spaces. The coordinator will take charge for the planning and execution of premium events for the Ticket Sales & Service team, as well as off-site Partner and Sales events. They manage the VIP process, guest list, and track all requests for the club spaces from a Sales and Global Partnership Solutions (GPS) standpoint.

What Will You Do:
• Plan and execute road trips for Partner & Sales clients throughout the season, managing all facets of travel, ticketing, and attendee experience.
• Plan and execute premium sales department events (10+) throughout the season.
• Coordinate VIP guests and elevated game night experience.
• Manage premium space guest lists and communicate to internal partners.

• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
• Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
• Understands how to manage information, balancing employee confidentiality with business needs; knows when to communicate information upward
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
• Ability to react appropriately in emergency and high stress situations and maintain order and ensure adherence to all safety and security policies
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience/ Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or university in Business, Hospitality, Communications or Sports Management or related field of study
• Minimum of 2 years of service in customer facing role

• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person
