We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive, Business Development to focus on generating new revenue for the Phoenix Mercury, Suns, and select concerts or shows. This full menu selling position will be responsible for proactively producing revenue through outbound efforts towards season tickets, groups, partial plans, suites, by making outbound cold calls, scheduling appointments, and working games.

What You Will Do:
• Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to current clients and potential prospects
• Work gamedays and member and new sales events
• Generating leads via prospecting, networking, or connecting with referrals
• Scheduling and completing face-to-face appointments in-arena and across the Phoenix metro area

What We Need From Our Account Executive, Business Development:
• 1-2 years working in a sales and/or service role preferred
• Must possess an optimistic team-first attitude and a competitive desire
• Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics & Archtics is a plus
• Proficient communication skills (written and oral)
• Emotional intelligence
• Experience with Microsoft product
• Strong organization and time management skills

Experience/ Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
