Online Channel Manager – Grupo Editorial

Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial has an exciting opportunity for an Online Channel Manager to join our US team located in Miami, FL. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Online Channel Manager will act as a liaison between sales and publishing to properly position titles, identify priorities, and grow sales across the online channel for a wide variety of fiction and nonfiction titles in Spanish.

This is a ''hands-on'' role and requires someone with the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced environment. As the Online Channel Manager, you will be an analytical thinker responsible for aggregating and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources and presenting it in a simple and succinct way.

Responsibilities
• Delve into sales analytics and consumer insights to provide sales strategies and opportunities for sales growth across our entire list of titles in the online channel.
• Manage the online channel's inventory needs with the ability to predict demand, anticipate hot titles and minimize the impact of backorders.
• Analyze traffic, sales, and conversion reports for publishers and management with a goal of helping to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Execute AMS campaigns, including campaign planning, setup, optimization and reporting.
• In charge of review and optimization of title descriptions, adding keywords, and compelling messaging in the metadata.
• Responsible for the creation of A+ Content, including photos, videos and keywords.

Requirements
• Must be fully bilingual (Spanish / English)
• Experience working with Amazon.com highly preferred
• Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to business objectives
• Knowledge of the Hispanic market and trends in the US
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues across all levels of an organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Photoshop desired.
• Must be local to the Miami, FL area
