Associate Developer, Full Stack (Open to Remote)
About the Role
As a Full-Stack Developer within our Marketing Technology and Strategy (MTS) Team, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining web applications that support our marketing initiatives. Our team is committed to providing innovative tools that empower marketers and streamline their workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop code, test, and maintain web applications based on business requirements
• Collaborate with design, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing legacy software applications
• Adhere to development standards and best practices
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by providing and accepting constructive feedback during code reviews
• Actively learn and adopt new technologies and tools
• Collaborate with team members to ensure code quality and best practices
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to professional growth and development
Required Skills and Experience
• 1-2+ years of frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js
• 1-2+ years of backend experience with PHP for backend development
• Experience customizing WordPress themes
• Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Proficiency in evaluating and leveraging third-party software
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, etc.)
• Experience creating Gutenberg blocks
• Experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, etc.)
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL) and SQL
• Experience automating CI/CD workflows
• Experience with cloud-based architecture (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Knowledge of Agile software development practices
• Experience with AI and ML concepts (RAG, prompt engineering, LLMs)
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 and it is eligible for an annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
