Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, in the Content Distribution group who is passionate about the business side of Entertainment/Sports programming, comfortable distilling complex information, and is a motivated self-starter. This role is a unique combination of Strategy, Business Development, and Operations which will provide a breadth of experience. They will provide key insights to drive business decisions to providing crucial support for high-profile content distribution deals. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, extremely organized, and is comfortable reading and understanding large documents.

Responsibilities
• Deal Support: Work with manager to analyze existing contracts, summarize key terms, understand key features/functionality and be the lead on tracking negotiation progress.
• Contractual Commitment Management: Coordinate with internal collaborators, including Ad Sales, Brands, and other departments to support Content Distribution projects and commitments.
• Market Trends: Responsible for tracking and communicating key and emerging trends for senior management.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the automation and refinement of processes to improve efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Legal) or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience with legal contracts, contract management, analyzing large documents, or similar experience.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to distill data into actionable insights & interpret and explain trends.
• General knowledge of the media landscape (e.g. Streaming, SVOD, AVOD, FAST, Cable, Broadcast)

• Proactive self-starter to learn quickly, be flexible and adapt to the evolving video industry.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and lead multiple tasks and deadlines.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $63,000.00 - 70,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
