We are seeking an experienced PTP Director to lead our Vendor Onboarding & Maintenance function globally. You will report to the SVP, PTP and play a key role in managing the Graphite vendor onboarding solution, ensuring data integrity, driving operational efficiency, and leading process improvements across a dynamic global environment. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
• Manage the Graphite business relationship for Paramount.
• Oversee the design, enhancements, and business requirements for the vendor onboarding and customer service process.
• Lead a global team handling vendor setups and changes across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute training programs for business contacts on Graphite and vendor setup processes.
• Drive global data cleansing projects, ensuring accuracy across ERP systems, vendor data, and financial transactions.
Operational Efficiency & Compliance:
• Act as the primary escalation point for vendor onboarding issues.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, training materials, and compliance controls.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to develop reports and metrics that enhance decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, financial integrity, and external audit requirements.
• Lead and participate in global ERP implementations, collaborating with IT and RPA teams to drive automation and enhancements.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing AP/PTP processes and global teams.
• Strong technical expertise in SAP ECC/SRM systems, including data tables, security roles, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with financial system implementations and data conversions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools for ERP reporting.
• Global experience is a plus!
