Integrated Marketing Coordinator - Goldenvoice

Overview:
This position is responsible for coordinating the implementation of both internal and external communication strategies for Paramount Pictures.
Responsibilities:
• Field day-to-day inquiries from trade reporters and entertainment press regarding studio projects, box office reporting and transactional announcements.
• Coordinate and work with talent and filmmaker reps on announcements, including drafting media materials such as fact sheets, talking points, and memos.
• Track and service news breaks to executives and collaborators across the studio and broader company.
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities for executives that ladder up to the company's core messaging.
• Serve as an integral member of the global communications team in terms of goal setting and project management, helping to identify timelines and deliverables.
• Lead and project manage the trades' special issues (from featured lists to awards issues), including pitching executive profiles and story placement. Track deadlines for the team.
• Work in close collaboration with the Corporate Social Responsibility team and manage media opportunities for studio-wide initiatives (volunteer activities, education initiatives, fundraising events.)
• Manage corporate events such as town halls, film premieres and industry events (CinemaCon).
• Coordinate talent and start of production gifts for the studio.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong writer, strategic problem solver, resourceful problem-solver with a can-do spirit!
• Strong media relationships and the ability to cultivate additional contacts in the space.
• Extensive knowledge of the media landscape.
• Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, internet software.

• A creative and motivated self-starter with a hands-on mentality and strong work ethic.
• A deep love for movies, pop culture and great entertainment!
• Excellent writing, organizational and presentation skills.
• Able to work occasional nights and box office weekends.
• Ability to multitask and work calmly in an extremely fast-paced industry and demanding environment due to the 24/7 news cycle.
• A collaborative and kind individual who enjoys partnering closely across teams and departments to create and distribute the most impactful communications possible.
• Ability to balance short- and long-term priorities.
