Position is responsible for managing and creating marketing and publicity assets for New Release Feature, Television and Acquisition distribution across all Home Media product distribution streams on a worldwide basis. Manage existing creative assets, to ensure they are up to date and meet the strategic needs of Home Media distribution. Work with sub-divisions of Home Media distribution to ensure that all creative materials are serviced and meet the requirements of ongoing deals. Manage in the ongoing tracking and servicing of such assets.
Asset Creation:
• Coordinate servicing of marketing materials to digital partners. (Apple, Amazon, Google, etc.)
• Localize artwork per client, marketing's request. (CA-FR – for pre-sale and final)
• Fulfill customer requests for creation of customized art including: promo banners, and thumbnails.
• Provide/create banner art for solicitations/avail notices of product releases.
• Work with and provide creative direction for 3rd party vendors in creation of additional materials, as needed.
• Updating and maintenance of on-line front pages for consumer and B2B sites.
Asset Delivery and Management:
• Assist in maintenance of B2B site (Enterprise) including uploading of art, asset metadata, and account setup.
• Manage incoming Digital toolkits from vendors for Worldwide distribution – getting to appropriate places for other teams to access. (Share Drive, Enterprise) – notifying all that materials are available.
• Update/maintain iTunes cover art (parallax) in iTunes Connect of most current cover art for Worldwide new release/catalog titles.
• Assist in client art and creative approvals as needed.
Qualifications/Skills
Basic qualifications:
• Degree in Creative Arts, Design, or similar educational certification preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years creative experience in Digital and/or home entertainment.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Xytech, SAP, HTML, Flash and MS Office.
Desired skills:
• Strong concept, design and execution skills.
• Experience in website maintenance.
• Project management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work in high paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 95,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
