Primary Responsibilities:
Paramount Tech is hiring a Manager, Content Security Vendor Management
This position is essential to implementing and operating Paramount's Content Security efforts. The Manager, Content Security Vendor Management will support various risk management initiatives that enable globally secure handling of Paramount content. The position will focus on the day-to-day oversight of the vendor assessment program and partner closely with production, post-production, marketing, visual effects, and marketing teams, along with other internal groups ensuring the vendors security assessment. This role reports to the Director, Content Security Vendor Management and will partner with all areas of the Global Content Security team to implement, review, and assess compliance with established content security policies. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• The main contact of the vendor management platform that supports the creative vendor assessment processes and developing metrics and reporting against defined KPIs
• Lead all aspects of and maintain a Global risk-based assessment program against a defined set of content security policies and industry standards and establish compensating controls to approximate compliance
• Proactively monitor vendor assessments and resolve remediation statuses to avoid disruptions of the content pipelines
• Conduct security assessments against established security frameworks (e.g., SOC, NIST, ISO 17799/27002, PCI, Motion Picture Association (MPA)/ Trusted Partner Network (TPN))
• Day-to-day critical issue contact for all assessment requests and ensure business units are informed of assessment progress
• Manage the roadmap for development to align with the yearly development budgets and perform platform improvements regression testing
• Manage API integration to/from third-party systems and assessment programs from Trusted Partner Network (TPN)
• Foster and develop relationships with the creative vendor community and post-production and marketing teams
• Facilitate tasks such as scheduling, reviewing, prioritizing, prioritizing documents, maintaining records, and any administrative tasks to aid the Director's requirements
• Occasionally work non-standard shifts and/or on-call to support the requirements and obligations of the program
• Travel will be required
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant Content Security/Information Security experience
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Knowledge and experience in film, television, post production, production and marketing
Additional Qualifications:
• Must have good communication (written/verbal) and listening skills
• Experience assessing management systems, physical security, and digital security protocols at facilities
• Detailed knowledge and technical skills around current and developing content security/anti-piracy technology, industry standards, and regulations
• Detailed knowledge of production and post-production industries, services, and workflows (e.g., DI, editing, visual/audio effects, encoding, dubbing, DVD/BD replication)
• Able to maintain awareness of trends and developments in the area of media security
• Able to learn and retain new skills as required supporting a continually changing technical environment
• Able to communicate at a technical level with technical experts, as well as communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical management
• Certifications or knowledge in the application and cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with an architectural, administrative, or security focus are preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA or CCSP certification preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $95,000.00 - 105,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
