SO, WHAT'S THE JOB?
The Paramount Brand Studio Partner Solutions team is a market-facing team focused on supporting and growing advertiser investment and marketing partnerships across the entire Paramount Global ecosystem. Our primary goal is to develop and lead the creative partnerships based on client brief, data and insights, and Paramount talent/ assets. This is a role on the client-facing pre-sale integrated marketing team, working across Paramount's portfolio of brands and products. In this role you will partner with Ad Sales to help ideate, develop and sell-through creative-led campaigns, with a focus on influence, branded content, and experiential. Collaboration is at the core of this role as you will be working closely with Ad Sales, Activation, Creative, and Talent counterparts to handle client assignments.
You will support a dedicated sales team and be responsible for creative strategy, proposal development, presentation and project management of revenue generating marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer with a strong knowledge of influencer marketing, social platforms and new technologies who have a passion for developing innovative and effective solutions. THE DAY TO DAY:
• Lead the strategic approach, brainstorm, and the development of client marketing proposals in response to a Request for Proposal, driving revenue across Paramount's suite of creative solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise and thought leadership across social content strategy and influencer marketing
• Budget for marketing programs, ensuring the solution is competitive with the marketplace, efficient for the client and profitable for Paramount.
• Liaise across internal marketing functions and guide partners towards the development of compelling and strategic proposals.
• Ability to strategically package & present complex programs in an easy-to-understand format
• Partner with Account Executives and provide support as they go to market, including agency/client presentations and calls.
• Present marketing opportunities on client calls as part of the pitch process.
• Highlight the impact of our marketing programs to drive incremental value to our clients and revenue to the business.
CHOPS YOU'LL NEED FOR THIS GIG: [AKA THE SKILLS SECTION]
• 5+ years media or marketing experience at a media company, influencer marketing or social agency, creative agency, or brand with an emphasis on development of custom marketing solutions. Must have experience building strategic proposals in response to RFPs. A minimum of 3+ years influencer marketing or social strategy experience is preferred for this position.
• Passion for sports and sports marketing is required, with a focus on NFL, NCAA Football & Basketball, Soccer, WNBA, and PGA.
• Client-focused mind-set while understanding the needs of ad sales and the Paramount brands
• Excellent critical thinking skills and an ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights
• Proficiency in applying marketing strategy to creative ideas and campaign activation across video, digital, mobile, social and experiential.
• Strong knowledge of Power Point and Excel
• Unique balance of disciplined critical thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on
• Well-organized, detailed, ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
• A problem solving attitude and the desire to tackle projects with the gusto of a startup employee.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $95,000.00 - 105,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
