Job Description
The Business Operations Analyst supports the Ad Operations team in creating and maintaining the process and systems that enable ad delivery across a multi-platform digital environment. The ideal candidate for this role is a digital media professional with campaign management and technical project management experience. A successful candidate will be familiar with digital media operations process, systems, emerging platforms, and particularly the digital video ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
The Analyst will plan, monitor, and perform ongoing ad systems administrative tasks, third-party integrations, system migrations, and event support. They will participate in ad management system implementation testing, troubleshooting, and escalations, with minimal direction or instruction. They will evaluate and update business processes related to ad operations and develop and maintain project documentation.
Projects include new process definition and implementation; process re-engineering; support new/upgraded application integration and migrations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years related work experience
• Executed requirements gathering
• Created and maintained project plans, project status communication
• Developed and executed test plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Freewheel ad serving experience
• Familiarity with the digital ad landscape, particularly video and programmatic advertising
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in an Ad Operations role, such as Traffic or Inventory Management in Digital
• Experience in Digital streaming
• Experience integrating partners on desktop, mobile, and connected device platforms
• Developed and executed application training
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Business Analyst certification and/or Project Management certification
• MS SharePoint or Jira Administrator skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $48,800.00 - 61,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
