Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Streaming and Digital Analytics who has a passion for digital media and a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights. This role will play a critical part in tracking and analyzing digital performance across the Paramount portfolio, providing key insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data analysis and a desire to grow their skills in digital entertainment analytics. You'll collaborate with various teams to generate high-quality reports, create data visualizations, and contribute to the optimization of digital user experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Reporting & Analytics: Manage and deliver key performance indicator (KPI) reports that inform collaborators about the streaming industry and business health. Present actionable insights and analyses, tailored to the audience, ranging from data experts to executives.
• Data Visualization: Help design and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations to track external streaming services and O&O sites and apps product performance across various platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data teams and other departments to ensure accurate data and timely delivery of insights, supporting business strategy and decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the automation and refinement of reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Industry Research: Stay updated on emerging trends in digital entertainment and streaming, providing insights into their potential business impact.
• Product Optimization: Support product analytics of O&O sites and apps by tracking key performance metrics, and consulting to improve the user experience and overall business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Marketing, Data Science) or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, research, or a similar role.
• 3+ years working with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
• 3+ years of experience working in Excel and an understanding of data tools like Tableau, DOMO, Snowflake, JIRA, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SQL commands and/or other programming languages.
• Exposure to subscription-based digital services (e.g., SVOD platforms) is a plus.
• A foundation in statistics and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and explain trends.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with the ability to lead multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A strong curiosity about digital media, streaming services, and entertainment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $100,000.00 - 115,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
