We are recruiting a Dubbing and Subtitling Administration Apprentice for a 24 months Alternance contract /Contrat d'alternance (professionnalisation).

Role Objectives:
Paramount Pictures France is seeking an Apprentice to support, train and learn the operations of a Print and Dubbing department within Theatrical distribution. This will be an invaluable learning opportunity for the successful Apprentice. They will be responsible for assisting the Paramount Pictures France Technical Department (dubbing, subtitling, administration) in a variety of administrative activities:
• Screenings - contacting screening rooms to book sessions
• Contacting security agents to book them for screenings
• Updating TCR
• Ordering of Trailers, confirming & checking GFX cards with other services & UK labs
• Archiving memos & documents on local network
• Updating our star talent database & general contact database
• CNC Censorship & Registration
• Requesting trailers to be sent to the CNC from labs, delivering features to the CNC for review
• Requesting official review of the trailers & features
• Requesting official review of films, gathering & submitting all necessary information in order to register the film & obtain Visa number
• CNC Depot Légal /Official Archiving
• Uploading feature, trailer & accompanying documents for each release on the National Archive system
What are we looking for?
• Fluency in French & very good level of English is required
• Serious, thorough, dynamic, curious and responsible person
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency in office tools
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
• Interest in cinema industry
