Digital Content Coordinator

Overview:
The Pabst Theater Group (PTG Live Events LLC) in Milwaukee Wisconsin is seeking an organized, self-
motivated team player who has a passion for social media and content creation. This person will
collaborate with the marketing team to come up with new content ideas / concepts, and also stay up-to-
date on new developments in social media. This position is responsible for developing and executing
content on our social media channels which includes Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and LinkedIn as
well as our blog. This role will help to ensure that the voice of our brand is consistent throughout all
platforms.

This is a full-time in office position based in Milwaukee, WI.

Primary Responsibilities:
● Post relevant content for over 500 events per year across all social media platforms
● Meet deadlines for social posts that are communicated by PTG team members and Artists’ teams
● Create organic social media content across all platforms
● Handle community management on all social media platforms
● Set up & execute social promotions for followers
● Handle scheduling for photographers and ensure photos are approved by tours if needed
● Create Facebook photo albums for each show
● Write and schedule messaging for digital marquee
● Write and schedule content for the Green Room Blog
● Research what other brands are doing in the digital content space and provide recommendations
● Track quarterly, semi annual, and annual growth of all social media pages and Blog
● Organize monthly calendars for coffee shops & retail distributed by our volunteer team
● Organize monthly record store promotions
● Handle special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
● Team player who can prioritize and juggle multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and
collaborate with multiple departments
● 2-4 years of experience in digital or content marketing, multi-media marketing, and/or advertising
● Understanding of social media measurement, publishing platforms, and content management
systems
● Experience with social media scheduling and listening tools
● Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Compensation and Benefits:
