THE ROLE
On Location has been appointed as the Official Hospitality Provider of the FIFA World Cup 26™! The Sr. Director, Design is responsible for the conception and creation of the overall designs for all FIFA World Cup 26™ hospitality spaces including but not limited to VVIP, VIP, affiliates, and general hospitality products. This person would own the creative relationship with FIFA and have an intrinsic understanding of their visual identity and be able to communicate that across the team. Working alongside project managers, production partners, and the leadership team, the Sr. Director, Design will be skilled in visualizing the team's business
objectives and communicating those goals through strategically executed creative ideas. Strong BIM360, Autodesk , Revit, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Skills are necessary . This individual will lead an exceptional team of designers in crafting a vast array of design s that encompasses 16 large-scale venues across all North America. As the head of a large design team, they are responsible for providing and guiding an overarching creative vision that ensures quality, fidelity, and e xcellence in all that it touches. The Sr. Direct or , Design will employ an elevated level
of creati vity and ingenuity and will be grounded in a foundation of sound event production principles. They are flexible, hardworking, and have an extreme attention to detail even when working on tight deadlines. This role will report to the FWC - VP, Design.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Helm and oversee the overall designs for all FIFA World Cup 26™ hospitality spaces including but not limited to VVIP, VIP, A ffiliates, and general hospitality products.
• Lead a team of talented designers in developing layout s, graphics, 3D models, concep tual renderings, and additional assets to bring all products from concept to reality.
• Work together with their partners on the design team (Sr. Overlay CAD Designer and Approvals Manager) to ensure the entire design team is in lockstep as it progresses throughout the design project's lifespan.
• Work closely with members of the FIFA team to ensure the FIFA brand is consistent across all products.
• Work with Event Production and Product Development teams to communicate all design ideas and collaborate on the development & execution of all spaces within budgets and time constraints.
• Develop and manage design deadlines and timelines across multiple overlapping venues and p roducts .
• Oversee the creation and editing of internal and external design decks, presentations, and guides for partner and vendor use.
• Provide onsite art direction and design solutions as needed in collaboration with the Production Department a nd external vendors & partners.
• Be a leader that pushes for innovation and a positive work ethic. Is responsible and self - motivated . Is ap proachable, collaborative, cool under pressure, results-oriented, a problem-solver who can both provide and take direction.
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow administrative procedures for timesheets, time off requests, and other HR needs
• Keep up to date with any deliverables the Project Management team needs for billing purposes
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in design
or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 10 + Years Experience in fields such as Architectural Design / Event Design / Experiential Marketing / Event Production
• Intrinsic knowledge of design languages and spatial planning
• Mastery of design and render using BIM360, AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max (or related 3D software), Photoshop / Illustrator, Power Point, Microsoft Office suite
• Has led a team of creatives on multiple fronts with multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to adapt designs within physical and budgetary constraints
• Mastery of working with and adhering to brand guidelines
• Proficiency with on-site art direction and overall project design execution
• Excellent communication skills
• Time-management skills meet project deliverables and timelines
• A willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%) and work flexible hours

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$131,250 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$175,000 annually
