Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Partnership Regional Manager in executing sales strategies for the 2026 World Cup. This role involves coordinating sales efforts, assisting with the management of client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The Sales Coordinator will help track sales progress, maintain records of client interactions, and assist in the delivery of premium ticket packages, hospitality suites, and VIP experiences. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, experience in sales of hospitality events, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while supporting sales growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sales & Partnership Regional Manager in managing the relationships with OL-appointed Sales Agents, ensuring the sales process runs smoothly.
• Support client outreach and acquisition efforts within the assigned regions by organizing meetings, following up on leads, and maintaining client records.
• Track sales performance, assist with compiling data, and prepare reports for the Sales Manager to monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Develop a solid understanding of the products being sold (ticket packages, suites, VIP experiences) to effectively support Sales Agents and clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups, and managing correspondence with both clients and Sales Agents.
• Provide support as needed to ensure all sales objectives are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
Qualifications:
• Oral and writing in foreign languages is a plus (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong analytical skills to track and monitor sales performance metrics.
• Previous experience in sales coordination or customer service (sports industry experience is a plus).
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$60,000 annually
