The Role a nd What You'll Do:
The Guest Communications Manager will be responsible for supporting and manag ing scaled post-sale communication journeys for the FIFA World Cup 26 ™
Of ficial Hospitality program , ensuring timely , clear, and personalized information is provided. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and consistent communications, enhancing the guest experience through all touchpoints leading up to the event. Touchpoints will include event details, venue information, personalized itineraries, and other essential communications.
This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in email marketing and guest communications, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for soccer.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive post-sale communication plan to ensure engaging and relevant content for FIFA World Cup 26™ guests.
• Create and manage a communication timeline, specifying key messages and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Account Services, Sales, and Event Operations to ensure messaging accuracy and alignment.
• Develop personalized communications across channels, including email, SMS, app, and direct mail, tailored to guests' package details and event schedules.
• Collaborate with Marketing to integrate the On Location brand story into guest communications.
• Develop innovative communication methods beyond digital platforms to enhance guest engagement.
• Ensure timely delivery of pre-event materials (itineraries, schedules, ticketing, hospitality details) so guests are well-prepared.
• Monitor customer feedback and continuously
optimize communication strategies for clarity and satisfaction.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline communication efforts and ensure scalability .
• Conduct A/B testing to
optimize email, SMS, and other communication strategies for engagement and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends to ensure communication strategies remain innovative.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to support day-to-day operations
You Have These:
• 3-5 years of experience in guest communications or related fields such as lifecycle marketing, event management, or hospitality.
• Proven success in developing and executing large-scale communication strategies for premium or global events.
• A d eep understanding of customer segmentation and journey mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Strong p roject management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• A passion for creativity, innovation and continuous improvement for our events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with FIFA regulations and marketing standards for hospitality programs .

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$75,000 annually
