Position Overview:
On Location is seeking a Director of Sales Operations - Data, Analytics & Insights to lead and develop our sales reporting function. This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving the systems and processes that support sales analytics, reporting, and strategic insights across our key properties (FIFA World Cup 26, Olympics, and Core properties). The Director will work closely with internal teams to provide data-driven insights that will enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and boost sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Analytics and Reporting: Develop and implement a robust reporting system to track key sales metrics and performance indicators. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Strategic Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams to ensure insights translate to action.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Sales Reporting Analyst, providing training, guidance, and development opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align on reporting standards, processes, and insights. Ensure consistency in data management and reporting across properties.
• Technology and Tools: Oversee the integration and optimization of reporting tools and analytics software. Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations Technology and Process teams to ensure that data systems are efficient, scalable, and accurate.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish best practices for reporting, automate manual processes where possible, and continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of sales insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a senior sales analytics, business intelligence, or sales reporting role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing business needs.
