Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales Enablement to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that drive sales performance, improve productivity, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our FIFA World Cup 26TM sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales enablement, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Design and implement training programs, sales playbooks, and other resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps and areas for improvement in the sales process.
• Create, A/B test, and optimize language, assets, email templates, and call scripts to ensure maximum effectiveness and engagement.
• Develop robust documentation for sales processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Maintain a library of sales enablement materials, including product information, competitive analysis, and case studies.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to ensure the adoption and utilization of sales tools and best practices.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and optimize the use of sales technology and tools, such as CRM systems and sales automation platforms.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
• Experience in creating, A/B testing, and optimizing sales materials, including email templates and call scripts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
