Position Summary: The Director of Inbound Sales for FIFA World Cup 26 will be responsible for leading and managing the inbound sales team, developing strategies to maximize inbound sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role demands a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of inbound sales processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive results in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement effective inbound sales strategies to drive ticket sales and related products.
• Align inbound sales strategies with overall sales goals and marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the inbound sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
Customer Experience:
• Ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Implement best practices for customer service and continuously improve sales protocols.
Sales Optimization:
• Monitor and analyze inbound sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize CRM and sales software to track, manage, and optimize sales activities.
Sales Generation:
• Actively sell premium tickets, hospitality suites, and premium experiences to high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
Lead Management:
• Oversee the management of inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
• Develop strategies to effectively qualify and prioritize leads.
Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Use insights to refine sales approaches and enhance customer engagement.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach.
• Coordinate with event management to align sales efforts with event logistics and customer experience initiatives.
Reporting:
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the inbound sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor expenses and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure all sales activities comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing inbound sales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of inbound sales methodologies and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$112,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$150,000 annually
