A direct-to-consumer offering available on 10+ platforms, Noggin reaches families in the domestic market through standalone mobile apps, connected TV apps, and add-on channels. DESCRIPTION:

The Resource Manager is responsible for managing asset production and scheduling creative resources to support the Content Team. Through proactive inventory planning, they will help ensure the efficient and on-time delivery of content as well as balanced workloads for the team. In partnership with the Design & Animation Leads, the Resource Manager will assist with assignments and general artist support. They will be an integral part of the cross-department management structure!

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Partner with Department Directors to support resourcing & planning of department goals and overall project priorities.
• Manage available resources and anticipate resource conflicts. This includes making staffing and contingency plans that ensure artists have enough capacity to deliver upcoming projects.
• Organize and manage production schedules and calendars for the department using various project/production management software platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Project & Production management throughout project lifecycles; compiling any team feedback, notifying project management partners when work is ready for review, etc.
• Track, analyze, and report on department trends as they relate to long-range planning
• Ensure that the correct processes are being followed and any internal meetings are scheduled (handoffs, reviews, etc)
• Run the weekly team planning meeting
• Assist with the tracking and production of design assets
• In partnership with Design & Animation Leads, manage and communicate any change to the scope of work after stakeholder feedback or after significant creative changes are approved.
• Update Project Managers regarding any changes to assignments, delivery dates, or overall project scope.
• Support and encourage positive morale and team engagement
• Work with Production Management in the onboarding of new hires (requesting access to any necessary hardware/software, credentials, etc)
• Monitor overall department health, communicating any needs to Management Leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years of department management or operational production experience in creative fields required
• In-depth knowledge of production pipelines and technologies for both 2D and 3D animation, live-action, VFX, and interactive games
• Experience with project and production management tools (e.g. AirTable, Wrike, Shift/Mediasilo)
