Overview and Responsibilities

Are you passionate about implementing development strategies and long term plans for talent on Nickelodeon's linear and digital platforms? Then this opportunity to work directly with the Vice President and Senior Director, Celebrity Talent and Events and Unscripted is for you!
• Help secure, brainstorm, and manage celebrity participation across Nickelodeon Networks, Pro-social, Unscripted, Marketing, and Special Events
• Manage all talent logistics for appearances and events, including maintaining talent calendars, booking travel, cars, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and adhered to
• Maintain current and develop new relationships with entertainment community including Talent Publicists, Agents, Managers, Studios, record labels etc
• Book and Manage the day-to-day celebrity appearances for specific shows and platforms across Nickelodeon
• Manage talent logistics for all appearances including drafting talent budgets, creating itineraries, booking travel (air, hotel, cars), per diem, visas, work permits, and glam
• Manage contract administration, send deal requests, facilitate all payment processing for talent and cost tracking celebrity talent deals

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with social/influencer/creator talent, required
• 5+ years' experience in Talent, Events, PR, or similar work environment
• Proficient to advanced used of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Additional Qualifications
• Comfortable auditioning talent on camera
• Should have strong producing skills in order to cast proper talent
• Immersed in the world of comedy (should have finger on the pulse of young, fresh, strong comedians)
• Must be a self-starter
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
