Job Description
The Senior Coordinator, International Growth, is focused on helping shape and articulate the strategic direction of the NFL's international business. This position will also help to develop and evaluate new initiatives that drive growth across various aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of strategies to drive long-term strategic value for the League in the international market, balancing financial, strategic, operational, and partnership consideration
• Research, design, develop, and recommend data-informed concepts and solutions across international
• Project manage specific initiatives from beginning to end, including preliminary business case analysis, execution plan development, cross-functional communication, and post-project impact assessments
• Own financial analysis, KPI development, and other data tracking associated with ongoing projects and initiatives
• Partner with key NFL departments, including: Sponsorship, Consumer Products, Media, Football Development, Events, Club BD, Legal, Finance, Marketing, among others
• Manage day-to-day coordination across territory offices and the League office with a focus on cross-functional information sharing and collaboration
• Create documents and presentation materials for executive-level audiences
• Coordinate and track various components of the Global Markets Program, in collaboration with Club Business Development
• Support the International and Events teams with annual and long-term business planning
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years strategy experience, preferably with a management consulting or sports/events background
• Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver against deadlines while simultaneously managing multiple projects
• Strong abilities in presentation design and financial modeling/analysis (requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Adept communicator with the ability to create, nurture, and sustain key relationships across many different areas of businesses (with various time zones and cultural nuances)
• Problem-solver, solution-oriented, a strategic and creative thinker
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in an international role at a sports management organization
• Proven success in consulting, sports management, and/or international business
Salary / Pay Range:
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
