Job Description
WesternSlopeNow.com has an immediate opening for a Digital Content Producer/MMJ.

Producer, Digital Contentopy, video and graphics, along with using a camera to report and edit for our website, app and social media platforms.

Duties Include:
• Reporting news stories for website, app or broadcast
• Posting engaging copy, video and other content to drive web traffic
• Reviewing your own copy and the copy of other MMJ to enhance style and correct errors in content, grammar and punctuation, following prescribed editorial style and formatting guidelines
• Publish at least 10 items per shift.

Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to ad lib when required
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Flexibility to work any shift

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Annual Salary: $15.30 an hour, commensurate with experience
