DEPARTMENT: Corporate/Community Relations
REPORTS TO: Director, Corporate/Community Relations
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

The Manager, Corporate/Community Relations will serve as a devoted member of the Yankees Corporate/Community Relations department, working to enhance related efforts with a dedicated focus on overseeing and growing the multicultural reach of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement programs and strategies that consistently enhance the organization's relationships and efforts with community partners of various cultures and backgrounds.
• Monitor related and key performance indicators to evaluate impact and results.
• Support the department's general efforts in the corporate/community relations space, including tentpole events and gameday operations.
• Work in association with the organization's social media department to elevate and increase the digital exposure and reach of its Spanish-language accounts.
• Actively manage partnerships with Yankees Spanish-language TV and Radio partners, identifying areas for growth and cross-promotion.
• Serve as a representative of the organization at various functions and activities.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bilingual, with a native and proficient ability to read and write in Spanish.
• Four-year college degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of three years in the sports and entertainment industry.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work long hours in a demanding work environment.
• Ability to travel on a very limited, but as needed basis.
