Job Description

This is a permanent full time role based in SYDNEY.

Enough about us! What you'll do as a Brand Activations Executive:

The Brand Activations Executive works to support the National Advertising Partnerships Lead to successfully project manage Sponsorships and Partnerships across the Paramount portfolio, including content such as MasterChef, Survivor, I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, Gogglebox and many more.

You'll be responsible for things like this:
• Working with clients, production companies and key stakeholders within Paramount to deliver end to end project management of best in market sponsorship campaigns across key programs.
• Managing sponsorship assets
• Documenting and reporting sponsorship entitlements
• Working with Paramount Legal team to draft sponsorship agreements
• Managing cross-function opportunities for sponsors, for example marketing, publicity and corporate communications initiatives
• Co-ordinating and leading partnership WIP meetings with internal and external stakeholders including clients and agency leads
• Assisting in the reporting of detailed post campaign analysis and research study to help drive ongoing partnerships.
• Ad hoc administration as required including invoice processing and budget reporting

What are we looking for in a Brand Activations Executive? What's important?
• Experience in an activations or marketing role ideal (previous media experience preferred but not essential)
• A creative thinker with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, ability to liaise and build rapport with clients
• Great attention to detail and problem solving skills, balancing priorities in a busy environment
• Strong presentation skills, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A sound knowledge of our suite of content across 10 and Paramount +
