The Job
NetherRealm Studios seeks a Community Manager – Mobile to create, implement, and manage all community efforts for NetherRealm Studios mobile games. All community efforts will involve the creation of an exhaustive community plan that maps community content to drive interest for NetherRealm games and studio. Needs to maintain a strong relationship with worldwide Marketing/PR and development teams, helping to support all three groups in the active promotion of a game. The Community Manager is also expected to create written and video content for both the Community and PR channels.

The Daily
• Evangelize game and studio presence in person and online in all appropriate venues.
• Work with Development team to create and produce video and written content.
• Establish Community campaign strategies in conjunction with Marketing/PR/Brand initiatives.
• Regularly utilize and maintain contemporary social media tools to broaden game and studio awareness.
• Track user content consumption, site traffic growth, user registration.
• Coordinate Community events and content releases with overall game communication strategies.
• Maintain quality relationships with Dev team, Marketing PR, Legal and other cross functional groups worldwide.
• Provide feedback to game teams/management regarding consumer sentiment.
