The Role
The core Advertising team is in charge of building a new, best-in-class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners and to drive advertising revenue.
In this Sales Operations, Senior Associate role, you will:
Analytics
• Implement and execute key sales operations functions, including territory/role/channel design, revenue, and pipeline reporting, ad hoc analytics, data hygiene, and sales process management.
• Define, build, and maintain the sales inputs, forecasts, and sales pipeline for the Asia Pacific advertising business.
• Conduct regional pipeline and business reviews on a regular basis.
• Build detailed dashboards and monthly + quarterly review decks for senior (Sr Director+ level) consumption to run the business. Lead discussions on business performance & state of business with expertise and full ownership
Collaboration w/ Sales
• Work closely with sales and other cross-functional teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance, ensuring program and business impact.
• Bring thought leadership to continuously evolve KPIs & metrics to inform on the state of the business
• Contribute to the design and implementation of consistent ways to manage the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams to understand their strategy and help develop plans for execution.
• Support the exploration of new strategic opportunities to inform the business roadmap.
Collaboration with Other Regions and Global Teams
• Coordinate with other regional counterparts in (UCAN, EMEA, LATAM, and Global teams) to assimilate business insights and identify opportunities to implement in the Asia Pacific.
Skills and Requirements:
• Hands-on analytical ability including the ability to independently retrieve, analyze, and visualize data to deliver actionable insights to sales management
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales Partners, Sales Managers, Account Management, and Partner Management teams
• 5-8 years of experience in advertising/ advertising-related fields; and/or experience working in Sales Operations
• Familiarity with agency, client-direct, and partner-led sales models.
• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage and lead regional projects to drive advertising revenue in Asia Pacific.
• Strong collaborator who embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.
• Proven understanding of the advertising landscape in Asia Pacific, including media channels and methods of buying.
• Ability to understand both detailed aspects and the bigger picture of Sales Operations.
• Demonstrated track record of creativity, innovation, and implementing better approaches.
