The Role

We are seeking a Digital Media Manager to help us build best-in-class digital campaigns across EMEA for our titles and brand. The EMEA Digital Media Manager will report to the EMEA Digital Media Senior Manager, alongside 2 other managers, and 1 coordinator. The EMEA Digital Media Manager will have a set of markets to manage their local campaigns as well as support the markets on anything they need in the digital space. The EMEA Digital Media Manager will also contribute to and oversee multiple strategic projects aimed at driving efficiency and innovation in digital media across EMEA.

Core Responsibilities
• End to end strategy, planning, and management of internal and external stakeholders for the execution of digital media campaigns across multiple channels (primarily Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and X) and multiple EMEA markets.
• Work hand in hand with key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Title Marketing, Marketing Planning and Marketing Production) on translating business objectives into digital media solutions and enable teams to make informed decisions on digital media approach.
• Be a strategic thought partner to the country marketing teams by providing input into the country strategy, setting a learning agenda that is in alignment with where the market is heading and gathering insights in the digital space that can contribute to the success of the country plans/campaigns.
• Serve as a media expert across established and emerging digital media channels (social, display, video), with the ability to advise cross functional teams on objectives, targeting capabilities and creative formats.
• Inspire and work with the digital media agency and other external partners (e.g. creative agencies and local media agencies), develop a deep trustworthy relationship and continuously optimize ways of working.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key platform partners to ensure we leverage their products in the best manner and that we are always at the forefront of innovation.
• Adopt an audience-first approach and ensure we are balancing the needs of individual campaigns with the holistic visibility in the market.

Candidate Profile
• 8+ years of proven experience in developing and managing strategies for digital media campaigns, either at brand or agency side.
• Experience working on global and regional projects and campaigns and building strong relationships with international teams.
• Deep media knowledge across the digital space, especially paid social and programmatic, and a clear understanding of media buying on key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc).
• Experience with managing full funnel campaign tactics & success evaluation, understanding the operational foundation of paid social campaigns setup.
• Solution-oriented mentality, positive attitude and with a natural ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment, ideally with a multi-market experience.
• Be comfortable with receiving and giving feedback, challenge discussions and work in ambiguity with consistent changes and evolution in the business.
• Highly detail oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced, high volume environment, while maintaining a broader picture thinking.
• Effective communicator with ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders, adapting to different ways of working in a scalable and efficient way.
• Familiarity with integrating organic elements into paid social strategies and up to date with new and emerging social platforms and innovative industry trends.
• Strong grasp of the overall marketing ecosystem and specifically the role that digital media plays within it.
• A 'startup/scale up' mentality - experience building solutions from scratch and an excitement for the unknown and untested.
• Deep understanding, advocacy, and embodiment of the company's culture.
• Fluency in English is necessary.
