Job Description
We are seeking a Production Facilities and Services Manager to join our growing Production Facilities Management and Operations team. This position will be located in London, United Kingdom and will be responsible for managing the various studio facilities infrastructure, Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance Program and more for the UK studio portfolio.

The Role

Responsibilities
• Resident expert in Studio Facilities Infrastructure and Engineering as well as people management
• Oversee the maintenance programs for production and non-production studio lot buildings.
• Create (and manage) best in class Preventative Maintenance program for the studio portfolio (ie. HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, FLS, Chiller Plant, ground management, etc.)
• Experience Project managing studio infrastructure capital improvement projects
• Seasoned contract manager
• Experienced in reading and translating CADs / Blueprints
• Knowledgeable of stage infrastructure repairs and restoration support Production
• Knowledgeable about sustainable infrastructure and practices
• Best Practices managing Hazardous Waste Materials
• Manage grounds and landscaping maintenance programs
• Experience managing electrical infrastructure projects
• Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, able to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines
• Any other duties to support the productions and department
• Create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support

Qualifications
• 15+ years experience in entertainment-specific campus operational and facilities management. Candidates will likely be in a Director+ role level outside of Netflix.
• Expertise managing MEP Programs and Infrastructure
• Studio Safety Experience
• Studio Security Experience
• Proven experience in creating and managing best in class MEP and maintenance programs
• Team player with an ability to oversee projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Great communicator who can build strong working relationships with vendors, and internal and external partners
• Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Gdrive, MS Word, Excel. AirTable a plus
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current production process and equipment and studios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box
