The Role

This is a Fixed-term contract (FTC) for 18 months to cover maternity leave.

The mission of the Partner Marketing team is to drive awareness of the Netflix brand and capture subscriber acquisition through high quality partnerships and promotions. Our partners range from global electronics brands to local operators and telcos (e.g. Canal+, Orange, A1) who help us access new audiences and broader reach. Working closely with other internal marketing teams, we help solve our partners' business problems with inspired marketing solutions that make people so excited about Netflix they sign up and watch.

We are looking for a talented individual to join the Marketing Partnerships Creative team to lead creative campaigns on behalf of Netflix and drive better creative outcomes with our TELCO partners. In this role you will work with a variety of cross-functional internal teams, external distribution partners and creative agencies with our partners across CEE.

The briefs and outputs of these partner campaigns will vary: it may be a 360 consumer-facing campaign promoting Netflix and a Partner (TV, OOH, social, digital assets), or it may require executing operational tasks across key partner touchpoints (Retail, Sales Conferences, Call Centers). Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in delivering brilliant creative against a range of full funnel marketing objectives for established brands.

Role and Responsibilities

Within partner campaigns, this team will be responsible for setting creative strategy rooted in clear brand/business objectives, identifying compelling audience insights, developing breakthrough creative thinking, and ensuring Netflix brand guidelines are met throughout.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage the creative development of multiple concurrent campaigns for TELCO partners across CEE region
• Join agency briefings and own the feedback loop with partners and agencies
• Understand an agency's production process and represent Netflix at reviews, pre-production meetings and shoots.Facilitate the production and operations behind a campaign on behalf of Netflix, and give the final sign off on campaign assets and deliverables.
• Input on creative strategy, ensuring business objectives are met and provide guidance and feedback at any point in the campaign development. Establish and discuss clear and confident opinions on creative to quickly become a trusted partner to all stakeholders.
• Use the results of creative testing and performance to implement change in the campaign where needed.
• Cultivate relationships with partners and agencies so they know they reach out for creative guidance on campaigns.
• Efficient and timely communicating across multiple cross-functional internal Netflix teams (e.g. legal, title marketing, publicity) so everyone is informed of the partner campaigns.
• Introduce new partners and agencies to the Netflix brand and present best-in-class creative case studies. Be able to apply relevant references and learnings to maximize success across partner projects, and be firm in pursuing what is best for Netflix.

Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years campaign experience. We see the role suiting someone from a Brand Marketing role, a Creative role, or from Account Management at a creative agency. Creative acumen is vital. Telco experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple markets, manage bandwidth to ensure each market is appropriately supported.
• Willing to regularly travel to attend partner meetings, agency sessions or shoots in the market.
• Operational excellence, capable at prioritizing tasks and managing resources and budgets across a range of briefs.
• A forward-thinker, extremely organized, proactive. Someone that will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is always up for a challenge.
• Confident presentation skills and excellent communication skills.
• Able to give and receive feedback positively, and see the value of different perspectives.
• Curiosity in local cultures, and ability to adapt to different creative landscapes and audiences.
• An entertainment fan who understands the power of great content.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required + one other CEE language (e.g. Romanian, Czech, Hungarian) would be a plus.
