Job Description
The Global Commercial Operations team empowers the Marketing Partnerships team to develop and execute programs with partners, brands, and advertisers, while maintaining operational excellence. We do this by delivering the most effective tools and workflow systems that enable the team to drive business impact at scale. The team is visible throughout the Marketing, Partnerships, and Ads organizations, and works in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.

We're looking for an experienced Manager to partner with our global Partner Marketing and Brand Partnerships leaders in identifying and realizing areas for operational improvement. This role will be responsible for partnering across multiple diverse sets of teams including, Marketing, Ads, Partnerships, Finance, and Product teams to put together an infrastructure that can enable our team to excel at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enable Scale:
• Build consensus and implement global workflows and processes with internal cross-functional partners
• Build and optimize frameworks and playbooks that enable our teams' projects to scale globally
• Develop and prioritize requirements for Partner Marketing and Brand Partnerships tooling needs for marketing internal apps and tools
• Develop & Manage Reporting:
• Develop and manage project and revenue reporting for Partner Marketing and Brand Partnerships business leads and executive stakeholders
• Develop and prioritize requirements for Partner Marketing and Brand Partnerships reporting needs for larger Marketing data roadmap (inclusive of project tracking, revenue attribution, etc.)
• Manage Strategic Projects:
• Partner with Finance to develop and operationalize monetization principles and attribution
• Partner with business leaders on developing internal executive projects and presentations
• Enable leadership to track progress of Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and priorities throughout the year
• Lead Annual Planning:
• Leading annual Partner Marketing and Brand Partnerships planning process and maintaining updates throughout the year

The Ideal Candidate Is/Has...
• 7+ years of experience in a highly cross-functional marketing or partnerships role (e.g. business operations, chief of staff, strategy & operations, or other roles that require heavy cross-functional interaction and influence coupled with operations and analytical skills)
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities with the ability to 1) successfully problem solve 2) synthesize and provide recommendations in a clear and concise way and, 3) engage with global stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Thrives working working in a fast-paced, global environment, and adapting focus depending on the project
• Experience successfully launching and operationalizing workflows from ideation to adoption
• High comfort level with managing projects independently while staying aligned with a broader team
• Experience working with marketing, data science, and finance teams
• Knowledge of Salesforce (nice to have), Airtable, Gsuite, and reporting tools
• Respect, understanding, and enthusiasm for the Netflix culture
• Available for some international travel

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $170,000-$360,000.
