The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class advertising organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners, and to drive advertising revenue.

We are adding a Global Salesforce System Administrator to our Commercial Tooling & Infrastructure team to support Netflix's global media ad sales operations. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform across different regions and markets, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance. You will also work closely with engineering to deploy enhancements, new features, and functionality, and work closely with end users to support their needs and to ensure the system remains online and in functional working order.

In this role, you will:
• Administer Salesforce products, such as Media (Sales) Cloud and CRM Analytics, according to best practices and business requirements
• Partner with engineering resources to deploy changes to production, including execution of pre/post deployment steps and related data jobs.
• Administer and maintain dev ops automation platforms such as Copado
• Maintain the integrity of production system data, including overseeing execution of data archival and backup processes
• Enrich and improve production system data, including performance of data jobs to extract, clean up/dedupe, merge and transform data to be inserted/updated
• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, management of roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors, and escalate complex cases to engineering resources or Salesforce support as needed
• Implement administrative configuration changes required and recommended by Salesforce,including those identified by Salesforce Technical Account Manager and Salesforce Success Service
• Deploy ''hotfixes'' in production when needed and ensuring lower tier sandboxes remain in sync
• Review documentation in advance of Salesforce's three-time-per-year major releases and identify potential system impacts to mitigate and opportunities to improve the system
• Regularly analyze, document, and review key organization health KPIs in production, including, but not limited to output of Salesforce Health Check and Salesforce Optimizer, as well as Apex Code Coverage and key statistics such as the number of lines of code and total Apex entities
• Monitor for issues related to Salesforce governor limits through Salesforce Event Monitoring and Salesforce Labs Limits Dashboard
• Release management including UAT, enablement and training, release packaging and deployment to pre-production staging sandbox, Netflix Pitch to Pay system testing sign-off, production release.
• Global Salesforce Enablement Lead with responsibilities including, but not limited to overseeing the resolution of all support requests related to Netflix Salesforce production system, overseeing the global training and onboarding program for all Netflix Salesforce users, partnering with Supplier on issue resolution as appropriate, and overseeing critical communications regarding upcoming changes and releases to Netflix Salesforce.

About you:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator credential.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce system administrator in a global or multinational organization, preferably in the media ad sales industry.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including security, data management, and automation tools.
• Experience in administering Salesforce systems with integrations to other systems and platforms
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in at least one other language, such as Spanish, French or German is a plus.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000 - $420,000
