Job Description
Netflix is looking for an operationally-minded, creatively-savvy Producer to join the Product Discovery & Promotion Creative Operations team to support asset production management across our portfolio of games.

The Creative Operations team is responsible for centralized creative asset production, from raw asset materials to final product asset deliverables. You will be part of a larger Product Discovery and Promotion Operations team that manages game launch readiness across all platform requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced producer to play a critical role in overseeing the asset creation process from end to end. While this role sits on the Product team, this role will centralize access for the needs of off-service marketing as well, in order to improve production operations for the business at large, for both on- and off-service artwork.

In this role, you will work with various partners and stakeholders, such as external developers, artwork agencies, and internal production, marketing and product teams to project manage static and video asset production. While other teams define the creative strategy for game artwork, this role will be the operational backbone ensuring that the artwork created and delivered to our members is produced accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do:
• Project manage the creative asset production process with external agencies, including any post-launch asset needs or innovation needs.
• Manage the collection and routing of final assets between multiple external and internal teams for product and marketing needs
• Order, track, QC, and troubleshoot artwork deliveries from external agencies to ensure delivery on time and to spec
• Fill in trackers with links, dates, and other information
• Build and maintain decks to support various stages of creative development
• Clearly communicate status, versions, specs and other technical details to internal partners, members, marketing partners and agency delivery contacts
• Proactively manage final asset delivery schedules with both Creative and Project Management teams
• Become an expert in Netflix games' asset specs and production workflows
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials to explain the artwork production process and requirements

What You'll Need:
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced asset management or project management role handling a high volume of projects
• Flexible with learning new concepts quickly and adapting to ever-changing workflows and deadlines
• Adept in project tracking and task management systems such as Airtable and Monday.com and the ability to grasp technical workflows and tools quickly
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Equally left and right-brained: tech savvy but with a strong creative eye
• Experience working on a global team with diverse backgrounds and perspectives
• Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity and passion for games
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management system or similar tools to propagate and track assets through an operational workflow.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with both technical and creative partners.
• Must be capable and conversant in all aspects of a digital creative and image production workflow.
• Passionate and curious about all aspects of the business - especially when bridging the gap between our content and our brand - and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
• Understand, advocate, and embody the company's values and team goals.
