We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our UK/EMEA Studio Management and Services team in the support and coordination of Production's on-site activity, logistics and operations at Shepperton Studios in London.

THE ROLE

The Manager, Client Services will be the operational point of contact for Netflix Productions working from one of our Master Lease Agreement (MLA), at Shepperton Studios.

Areas of accountability include providing an outstanding Netflix experience to our production and creative teams from end-to-end of their Studio hire and achieving value for money for our Productions, working closely with our Landlord/Studio Partner at Shepperton regarding day-to-day deliverables and responsibilities.

This role will also provide collaborative support across the Studio Management team and our MLA studio portfolio in the UK and EMEA, also with the potential light touch on Non-MLA Production activity as required.

Responsibilities include:
• Understand the operational accountabilities and terms of our Master Lease Agreement (MLA).
• Supervise and provide day to day production support at the studio from inception to completion.
• Provide operational and logistical guidance during Production Recces at the studio.
• Partner with the Netflix Production Services team and maintain high alignment on space availability and expansion requirements during production ramp-ups and as required.
• Facilitate and support VIP and other studio tours as required.
• Lead the onboarding process of productions at the studio, ensuring proactive communication and effective studio support to the production team.
• Build and maintain strong ''on the ground'' production stakeholder relationships, driving clear solution focussed communication, ensuring a great production experience, whilst always acting in the best interest of Netflix.
• Manage Production Unit Base logistical requirements, bookings and costs at the studio.
• Logistical management and planning of common area vehicle movements and parking requirements, working closely with our Studio Partner and Productions, ensuring proactive resolution of potential schedule and capacity challenges.
• Work closely with Production Unit Managers, ensuring external placement of production related items do not negatively impact on other productions at the studio or the operational running of the studio.
• Management and support of Stage and other Alteration requests - ensuring timely and accurate responses from our Studio Partner and finding suitable solutions where required.
• Navigate and drive solutions and successful outcomes, working conjunction with our Studio Partner, proactively supporting and guiding our Productions on the day to day operational requests and activities.
• Drive value for money regarding day to day facilities maintenance and general service delivery responsibilities.
• Liaise and work closely with our Studio Partner on the scheduling and logistics of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring production activities are not negatively impacted taking into consideration any operational risks.
• Responsible for keeping track of all operational expenditure at the MLA facility, using sound judgment on the day to day decisions on budgeted expenditure achieving value for money.
• Supervise facility move-ins and move-outs in conjunction with our Studio Partner to ensure Production needs are met and that any damages and recharges have been communicated proactively and documented accordingly.
• Track, review and monitor ancillary recharges including utilities and any repairs, reinstatements and maintenance works carried out on behalf of Productions - ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
• Capture and obtain feedback relating to the production experience to understand opportunities for improvement and implement any action points identified.
• Work in collaboration with Netflix Studio Management and Services colleagues and Cross-Functional partners to enhance operating workflows within all MLAs, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities to streamline workflows continuously improving on-site experience for our productions, whilst maintaining Netflix's best interest at all times.

THE CANDIDATE
• The ideal candidate will be experienced, passionate and self-motivated in relation to all aspects of Production support and operational activity, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver a diverse workload within a challenging workspace.
• This is a demanding and fast paced position that requires someone who is proactive and positive whilst using good judgement and courage in their decision making.
• A background in Film Studio Operational Management with a strong understanding of best practice workflows in large budget production environments is essential.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 5+ Years of practical experience at Manager level with relevant strong experience within a Studio Facility / Film Production environment.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and knowledge of how this applies within a Studio environment.
• Good understanding of the general security protocols at a Studio Facility.
• Good stakeholder management and experience dealing with large budget productions.
• Team player with an ability to coordinate multiple Productions within a Studio environment simultaneously.
• Flexible with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to make informed decisions thinking outside of the box.
• Ability to travel outside of the UK as required
• Understanding and ability to work when required across multiple timezones.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, GMail, MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.
