Job Description
We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our growing Studio Management and Services team. This position will be based in Brooklyn, New York. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production support needs of Netflix-owned and/or leased production facilities based on the East Coast. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Studio Management and Services (UCAN).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee day-to-day client (production) needs at Netflix Studios Brooklyn
• Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, able to multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• A great communicator that can build and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A self-starter, who is able to work effectively and drive projects forward
• Ability to solve day-to-day operational challenges, including production and stage support, respond and track repair and maintenance requests, tenant improvement, and tenant relations
• Well versed in all areas of production - film, episodic, short form, photo shoots, live events
• Strong understanding of local production regulations (safety and permitting requirements)
• Manage production onboarding/offboarding
• Manage production move-in/outs
• Oversee production ancillary needs - including but not limited to site parking and additional facility labor needs (janitorial, site support, etc.)
• Oversee financials tracking and billing through Xytech/Media Pulse for all ancillary billing
• Responsible for providing ancillary cost estimates to production ahead of booking and managing ancillary costs throughout ROS
• Work closely with the clients to address and resolve all billing issues
• Oversee production related repair and maintenance requests - communicate all repair and maintenance needs with production in a timely manner
• Provide operational support for events
• Coordinate and conduct studio tours for internal Netflix teams as needed
• Support general facility related issues (ex: HVAC, snow removal, site repairs & maintenance, etc.)
• Oversee client outreach activities
• CAPEX & OPEX support as needed
• Coordination of facility emergency preparedness, inspections, and compliance
• Any other necessary duties required to support on site productions and operations teams
• Maintain positive working relationships with team and site vendors / contractors
Qualifications
• 8+ years experience in entertainment-specific campus operational management, facilities management. Candidates will likely be in a Director role outside of Netflix.
• Team player with an ability to supervise multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• GAAP knowledge
• Knowledge of A/P and A/R general policies and procedures
• Access to high quality vendors, and production facilities contacts.
• Ability to respond after hours for important, timely and/or urgent manners
• Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, G-Drive, MS Word, Excel. AirTable a plus.
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current production process and equipment and studios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $165,000 - $450,000.
