We are looking for an experienced and passionate Art & Print Producer to oversee all aspects of Art & Print Production for our promotional marketing campaign needs. From Finishing through to final Execution, this role is an integral part of the Netflix Marketing Operations and Production Team that is a center-of-excellence for creative operations, cross-functional project management, and marketing production.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital and Art & Print Production, you will serve as the go-to partner and key point-of-contact to all internal stakeholders, facilitating alignment between teams dedicated to strategy, creative, production, and localization. This means that you value the importance of protecting creative excellence while maintaining a logical outlook for project execution. You understand Creative Marketing workflows and excel in managing a large volume of assets in a high-speed, high-performance environment. You are nimble, technologically savvy, highly collaborative, able to balance competing priorities among stakeholders, and thrive as a strong individual lead in a rigorous environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the finishing, production, localization and servicing of design assets (key art, print adaptations, OOH, digital OOH), ensuring brand, layout and specs for our marketing and communications teams
• Plan and manage internal and external Art & Print production communication and workflow, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables
• Liaise between internal and external partners to provide functional guidance and industry best-practices on Art & Print campaign collateral
• Raise topics and lead discussions to streamline the print production process end-to-end

Experience & Skills
• 3-5 years Art & Print Production experience at an entertainment studio, agency or similar environment
• Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Fluent in digital formats and best practices
• Strong working knowledge of RGB to CMYK print process and the transitions between
• Understand the difference between a digital comp file and a high res print finish
• Fluent in Print formats and the fundamentals/technical requirements to produce work in OOH, DOOH, Display, P.O.P. and Magazine
• You are comfortable operating at the intersection of practical, tactical, strategic and creative
• Technologically savvy
• Excels at Creative problem solving
• Strong ability to broker compromise

COMPENSATION
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $170,000 - $360,000.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Salary Details
Salary Range: $175,000 to $445,000 Per Year ($ USD)
