NBCUniversal's Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal's full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal's $8B annual advertising business.
The Programmatic Ad Operations team within Business Operations & Services is a close-knit, fast-paced team tasked with executing all programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals domestically and globally. The Programmatic Sales Operations Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of a programmatic deal. This involves deal creation, revisions and ensuring digital assets remain in-spec throughout the entirety of the flight.
The Programmatic Sales Operations team works side-by-side with the planning and sales team to ensure that advertising campaigns run smoothly and exceed client expectations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy, problem solver with superior customer service skills and leadership qualities to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Identifying technical issues with bids for guaranteed and non-guaranteed deal types, and working with appropriate cross-functional teams to find a timely resolution
• Lead live troubleshooting calls with clients, alongside Campaign Manager counterpart
• Attend weekly POD meetings to ensure sales, planning, and operations are in lockstep
• Setup regularly cadenced reporting to identify trends amongst creative failures within various ad distributors/ DSPs
• Must seek to gain knowledge within the Programmatic ecosystem to better support our internal and external partners
• Direct interaction with Programmatic Sales Team and Clients to ensure campaign fulfillment
• Advanced knowledge on programmatic deal setup within various SSPs, such as FreeWheel and Google Ad Manager
• This role is specifically managing the Sports Programmatic business and will support sports live events inclusive of weekends.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and efficiently manage priorities is critical
• Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Sales Operations
• Understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem
Eligibility Requirements
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Desire to work in the entertainment media industry, which requires availability during weekends if we are supporting a live event
• Must be 18 years or older

Desired Characteristics
• Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
• Prior experience trafficking in DSP and/or SSP
• Interest in DSP nuances a plus
• Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.
• Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000
