Job Description

The Senior Manager of Digital Account Management will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Local Digital Account Managers. This role also oversees the Local Programmatic Guaranteed efforts. The Senior Manager supervises Local Digital Account Manager, our key ad sales support team. This AM team is responsible for digital sales planning, campaign management, and billing reconciliation, among other sales support responsibilities. The Sr. Manager will also lead the day-to-day workflow for digital campaign tactics. The role plays a key part in capturing and disseminating action items and next steps; working alongside digital operations and sales leadership to ensure that all campaign processes are executed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Management and training of the Local Digital Account Management team
• Work with internal teams, and other AM Managers to ensure the digital process and workflow is effective and efficient
• Planning approval and guidance
• System management for billing, invoicing, and revenue allocation
• Local and National support and approval with Operative One (Order Management System)
• Management and monitoring of all planning requests and responses
• Oversight of all post-sales campaign pacing and delivery
• Rolling out pertinent information and documentation
• Oversight and management of Local Direct Programmatic campaigns and process

Qualifications
• 4 year college degree, or equivalent work experience
• 3-4 years managing a digital operations and/or sales planning team. Preferably with a lean toward planning and campaign fulfillment
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of projects with tight deadlines from conception to completion
• Understanding of trafficking and ad server systems
• Knowledge of Programmatic ad sales and workflows
• Post Sales operations expert
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be a great teammate as well as motivate a team
• Flexible and able to quickly adapt to change
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
