NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product, Measurement & Data team. This role is focused on internal enablement and systems integration for NBCU's performance-driven advertising solutions.
As Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to gather requirements, translate performance measurement needs into system-level functionality, and ensure scalable, integrated execution across NBCU's ad tech stack.
Your will support the delivery or next-gen measurement and optimization capabilities by operationalizing the product strategy and internal workflows that underpin our infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in engineering, analytics, or data science who has moved into product management and thrives on solving complex systems problems at the intersection of performance and advertising technology.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical execution lead for NBCU's measurement and optimization capabilities, ensuring internal integration and scalable deployment across systems and platforms.
• Translate end-to-end measurement and optimization solution designs into clear technical requirements and integration specs, working in close partnership with Engineering and Measurement Product Leads.
• Gather internal stakeholder requirements across Product, Engineering, AdOps, Strategy, and Insights to ensure platform needs are captured and prioritized.
• Define and maintain the integration and delivery framework across internal systems that support campaign-level performance measurement, targeting and optimization workflows.
• Lead the systems-level discovery and documentation process for key components such as signal resolution, audience delivery logic, attribution pipelines, and optimization decision layers.
• Develop technical documentation, flow diagrams, and integration maps to align cross-functional teams and external partners on system behavior and measurement capabilities.
• Support product roadmap execution by tracking and unblocking technical dependencies, QAing releases, and ensuring robust delivery pipelines.
• Partner with Data Science teams to ensure product decisions reflect rigorous measurement logic and optimize for business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on internal and external enablement documentation, GTM support materials, and integration FAQs.
• Ensure all technical designs and integrations comply with NBCU's data governance and privacy frameworks.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics engineering, or data science, ideally in the media, ad tech, or martech industry.
• Strong systems thinking, with experience working across complex ad tech platforms or data infrastructure.
• Deep familiarity with marketing measurement methodologies (e.g., incrementality, attribution, optimization), including how they influence upstream data and systems requirements.
• Proven ability to translate business and measurement needs into technical product requirements and partner closely with Engineering to execute.
• Hands-on experience working with data technologies such as Snowflake, SQL, Python, clean room platforms, or cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify and communicate complex systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, AdOps and Strategy teams to deliver data products and measurement features.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Strong interest in advertising measurement and data products that power optimization and decisioning systems.

Salary range: $130,000 - $180,000 (bonus eligible)
