Product Manager, Audience Insights Hub

Responsibilities

The Position

NBCUniversal's Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal's full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal's $8B annual advertising business.

The Customer Solutions team within Advertising Platforms & Operations is responsible for leading the product development processes for the technology solutions delivered to our advertising partners. We are currently seeking a Product Manager to develop a set of new and innovative data products that will surface data-driven insights and unlock data-driven use cases through the power of NBCU's unique data sets. The ideal candidate is a highly creative & collaborative person who is passionate about data and has strong technology, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with Ad Sales, Strategy, Data Science, and other internal stakeholders to define and build a set of new and innovative data products.
• Understand the evolving data sharing and ad-tech landscape and build collaborative partnerships to accelerate product development.
• Manage the Audience Insights Hub product roadmap and effectively communicate timelines to all stakeholders by leading communication, prioritizing key features, and establishing timelines with partner Engineering teams
• Develop a foundational understanding of NBCU's unique data sets to unlock marketing use cases including audience analysis, activation, measurement, and modeling.
• Drive product development from ideation through launch across Enterprise Data, Data Science, and Engineering.

Qualifications/Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of experience working in digital media, preferably some involving video product development
• Proven track record of owning customer-facing product solutions in cross-functional environments
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Engineering teams to develop and bring to market successful and innovative digital products
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the demonstrated ability to take the seed of an idea through launch while prioritizing effectively to get things done
• Knowledge of technical and operational product and project requirements
• Proven ability to understand and communicate using technical language (e.g., APIs, requirements documents, agile systems, etc.)
• Fluency with data; can dissect and interpret it to understand market dynamics and user behaviors, measure product performance, identify pinch-points, and inform decision making

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence across a variety of platforms, as needed (e.g., messenger, video conferences, in-person gatherings, phone, email, etc.)
• Demonstrated passion for the video advertising marketplace with commitment to delivering best-in-class advertising products and consumer experiences
