Job Description

Manages the development, coordination and execution of all Food & Beverage new programs, special events and marketing initiatives. Works closely with the Director & Area Manager to ensure timely execution of events, coordinates interactions within revenue operations and serves as the liaison between Food Operations, Marketing and Vendor relations.
• Project management of all new restaurant openings in Food.
• Project management of all special, seasonal & shoulder events.
• Management of visual merchandising, creative design development for menus & signage, and Planograms.
• Create and maintain project management tracker and calendar and ensure project completion according to timeline & budget.
• Develop, coordinate, communicate and execute all Food & Beverage new product rollouts for CityWalk.
• Partner and coordinate with all food partners (culinary, sourcing, Wh, IT, Finance, Tech Services) to execute projects or product rollout and ensure necessary infrastructure support.
• Produce creative solutions for issues that may arise & coordinate project completions for special, seasonal & shoulder events, food projects and product rollouts.
• Prepares for projects by doing benchmarking & comparable research.
• Brainstorms and mocks up ideas & solutions for projects, product rollout and special, seasonal & shoulder events.
• Manage ongoing competitive research focusing on local competitors, compiling benchmark data and providing recommendations for pricing and product offering.
• Communication liaison to operators for all support initiatives.
• Provides creative design, guidance and development of Food Planograms for Operator guidance.
• Direct and schedule all food photography and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepares & host visual presentations for Food Management, including Neighborhood events.
• Manage Shared Services database that stores project trackers and design assets.
• Prioritizes, manages & accomplishes multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business Management or similar .
• Combination of 3-5 years Education and or experience in a management, leadership and projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheets, Excel, and PowerPoint & Keynotes.

• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
