Responsibilities
Role

Manager on the Integrated Marketing team under the SVP of Integrated Marketing and two VPs of Integrated Marketing. Primary role is to act as support to the Integrated Marketing team, which develops and produces custom integrated content for 18-20 theatrical film and home entertainment releases each year. Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, creative, have strong presentation skills, and be able to work well with others.

Responsibilities:
• Develops partnership strategies across linear, digital and social and works with media partners from idea development through creative execution and post-production finishing
• Works with Director of Integrated Marketing on Symphony promotions across NBCUniversal on all titles
• Attends partner shoots and studio creative content shoots:
• Handles pre-shoot logistics with partners
• Manages production shoot creative on-set in tandem with Director or VP and partners
• Handles footage delivery post-shoot
• Responsible for maintaining all department documents, records, materials, and spreadsheets including but not limited to:
• Integrated Marketing department deck
• Integrated Marketing wiredrive system
• Upfront document management
• Creates filmmaker and partner presentations
• Distributes film assets and materials to partners
• Liaises with all internal departments including media, digital, publicity, creative advertising, research, legal and brand partnerships to align with campaign strategy and develop cross-divisional activations
• Works with Director of Integrated Marketing on Symphony promotions across NBCUniversal on all titles
• Works with VPs to help project manage special promotions across multiple films & partners
• Manages department production budgets and invoicing
• Travels for production, as needed

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years experience in entertainment, marketing or a

related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work at the Universal Pictures Los

Angeles Office.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the

United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19

vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated,

submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days

following commencement of employment
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the

commencement of employment or must undergo regular

COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job

position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite
• Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19

workplace safety policies and protocols
