The Manager of Digital Account Management will oversee and support a team of Account Managers responsible for comprehensive digital campaign management across our local markets. This role involves leading the daily workflow for digital campaign strategies, conducting briefings, capturing and disseminating action items, and collaborating with digital operations leads to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution. Additionally, the role includes oversight of sales planning and billing reconciliation. Strong experience in managing and training people is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and train Account Management team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure efficient digital processes and workflows.
• Provide planning approval and guidance.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and revenue allocation.
• Offer support and approval with Operative One (Order Management System).
• Monitor and manage planning requests and responses.
• Oversee post-sales campaign pacing and delivery.
• Indirectly support Local Digital Campaign Managers.
• Disseminate pertinent information and documentation.
• Contribute to weekly Account Manager briefings.
• Participate in manager-level meetings to discuss process improvements.
Collaboration:
• Work as part of a team by being service-oriented, responsive, and reliable.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with partners and be a ''go-to'' resource.
• Undertake tasks, large or small, to facilitate project completion.

Qualifications
• 3-4 years of experience managing a sales support team, with a focus on planning and campaign fulfillment.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of projects with tight deadlines.
• Understanding of trafficking and ad server systems.
• Expertise in post-sales operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
