Job Description

The Trade Marketing Director will create awareness and generate demand in the marketplace for Peacock & Programmatic initiatives– with the singular goal of driving maximum ad sales revenue while ensuring we are the industry's most-trusted partner for maximizing media effectiveness for clients of all sizes.

Reporting to the Vice President of Trade Marketing, this position will manage 2+ sales marketing positions ranging from Interns to Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Create industry leading marketing materials, campaigns, client experiences and other B2B marketing tactics
• Build and develop content-focused and audience-driven trade marketing campaigns that drive awareness to the benefits of being a partner (including presentations, sizzle videos, e-blasts, sweepstakes, industry events & conferences, social campaigns, events & more)
• Liaise across network brand partners to manage key programming information to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Oversee event management & premium development (content strategy, event ideation, branding, list management & execution)
• Develop immersive & one-of-a-kind experiences that help build sales relationships and positions the team as best-in-class

Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience with an agency, client or media company sales organization background, where the individual was responsible for supporting team in the development of presentations, sponsorship, creative and promotion
• Ability to understand and navigate the streaming and programmatic landscape with an interest in exploring new content platforms.
• Ability to project manage marketing campaigns including branding, collateral, merchandise & event execution in a timely manner
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience

Desired Characteristics:
• General understanding of the advertising marketplace across various platforms
• Knowledge of streaming and programmatic industry conferences and events
• Experience in media marketing and the advertising sales process
• Understanding of B2B branding development, strategy, tactics and execution
• Strong interpersonal skills (i.e., the ability to interact with all levels of management)
• Self-Starter with strong organizational, project & event management skills
• A detail-oriented individual with the ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment on multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Highly innovative with positive & flexible attitude
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail, organization, and design

• Strong interpersonal skills - with the ability to lead and motivate team of direct reports, interdepartmental teams and influence internal and external stakeholders
• A comprehensive understanding of the suite of Microsoft Office tools, other presentation platforms, etc. (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and Ceros experience is preferred)

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 (SIC and long-term incentive eligible)
