Job Description

Responsibilities
The Digital Assets Specialist, Multiplatform Content is responsible for creating the most compelling art that connects US Hispanics to Telemundo's content across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
• Create custom thumbnails and key art that leverages existing promotional and marketing materials
• Partner with various departments within the Telemundo organization to create digital assets representing Telemundo's content and brand
• Reproduce and adapt existing key art leveraging the Adobe Creative Suite and other applicable tools as needed
• Design custom thumbnails, templates, and community posts across all portfolio channels to raise brand awareness
• Present new graphic ideas to increase engagement across our digital platforms, including YouTube
• Must communicate effectively to coordinate and execute deadlines, schedules, and procedures
• Coordinate additional graphics requests, including banners and end boards
• Demonstrate a variety of creative styles and methodologies with proven credentials in developing bold and original design
• Reports directly into the Manager, Digital Distribution and is responsible for completing any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Must have strong design and editorial skills and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Journalism/Mass Communication or equivalent experience in design, digital media, marketing
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Must be able to communicate effectively with employees across all levels of the organization as well as external partners
• Maintains a current knowledge of the global media & entertainment industry, streaming, new market and industry trends
• Broad knowledge of art and design fundamentals, including graphic design, typography, photography, illustration etc.

• Must be willing to work in Miami, FL
• Must be available to work all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, late breaking news, and hurricane emergencies.
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite.
