The Universal Contract Specialist team operates in three main offices (L.A., London, Amsterdam) and has hundreds of customers across EMEA. It is responsible for managing the workflow of TV license agreements for NBCU's film and television content across multiple media. In addition to working on various licensing deals, the Contract Specialist team coordinates with the attorneys, Sales Liaisons, Sales Strategy teams, and technology advisors to address customer requests/needs and resolve matters about the content license agreements.

We are looking for a candidate with contract administration experience working in a legal/corporate environment and who has expertise managing multiple matters simultaneously. Previous working experience in licensing and entertainment is a plus. The role will focus on drafting legal documents and coordinating the execution of contracts, as well as providing contract support to all internal departments within the Global Distribution business.
• Performing responsibilities in connection with the issuance and execution of legal documents using NBCU's contracts management system.
• Identify, prepare, and curate appropriate contract templates (short-form license agreements, deal memos, amendments, and any other related legal documents) to address the specific commercial deal points in a content license agreement.
• Manage reports to track outstanding matters.
• Liaise with the London and LA office on matters about the TV license agreements.
• Manage inquiries from internal and external customers on matters pertaining to the TV license agreements and act as a contract liaison between NBCU's various stakeholders (commercial, legal, compliance, finance, etc.) when contract changes are required.
• Provide (routine) administrative support to the department in general.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in an international office environment, preferably in contract administration
• Highly accurate and strong attention to details
• Able to work independently; effective time management skills; able to perform multiple tasks concurrently (flexibility); prioritize effectively with time-sensitive matters
• Experience in working with multiple clients across departments and countries
• Strong work ethic; professionalism, commitment to quality; initiative & strong self-motivation
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment; willing to assist others as needed
• Have experience in providing clear and concise communication to a variety of diverse business units
• Experience with department procedures and high integrity (e.g., maintaining confidential documents)
• Bachelor (HBO) or equivalent
• Strong Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skills and experience using diverse systems, including for contract assembly
• Excellent and accurate oral and written English communication skills
